This used to be a really good community back in earlier days. What is happening now? Trash everywhere, it doesn’t seem to be luxury anymore. Just look at RISKY BROKEN PAVEMENTS
What a pity!!! The club is not for residents but for only weddings. People pay fees for the club and are not allowed to go to the club. Families are losing their millions in this GHOST TOWN.
Houses are so close to each other. Neighbors must complain about the noise.
They complained, but Schar and his team threatened people in order to stop people from doing this.
I must say that Bella Collina is a troubled community.
I’ve always been intrigued by gated communities. It appears that I was correct. Bella Collina became known as a ghost town’s “brand.” The scenery is beautiful, but the folks in charge seem to have no idea what they’re doing!!!
Dwight Schar is a racist. I heard about his hate for Black people, but I could not believe it at first. Later on, I searched about this issue on the internet and what I found is really shocking. Now, I can say he is the only culprit for all losses in Bella Collina because his acts allowed people not even to live at a place like that where residents don’t have the authority to live their lives according to their own style. Thanks for sharing such info here. I must say you saved me from going into Bella Collina. Humanity is always first for everyone, but Dwight Schar can not understand this. I don’t know what Dwight Schar is trying to prove by opposing the Black Lives Matter sign in Bella Collina, but it’s a very shameful act.
