Going for a cheap losing 4% annual rather than 8-10% a year.Not the only rentals in this remote location (45 minutes from downtown Orlando and not 20 min as advertised). Why do residents not maintain their residence in Bella Collina?!
My experience as a resident of Bella Collina is that Randall Greene, an appointment of Dwight Schar, is retaliating against the residents and Bella Collina home section is badly maintained.Maybe because buyers are fooled to think that the “Club”, which is merely a wedding venue, is where they are going to live…. while actually, they get to live in a much trashier neighborhood of the REAL Bella Collina see pictures:
The situation in Bella Collina is getting worse as years go by. It means it has really bad management.
Management of Bella Collina does not care about the loses of people.

The investor is dependent on the rent. If he is not getting a good amount of rent it is definitely a huge loss for them. It is just because of the corrupt management.
In their advertisement, they have said that it is 20 minutes from downtown Orlando but in reality, it is 45 minutes. They should be telling truth to the people.
It is obvious that when the value of house drops then rents drop as well too. Which results in a loss to homeowners. It is all because it is badly managed.
