Did I read that right? A lot was bought for $850,900 but it was sold for $27,500 after 3 years??
It is true that Bella Collina will remain a ” Ghost Town ” as long as Dwight Schar would let Randall F. Greene, the maintenance guy, continue to be accused of abusive and retaliatory behavior to the residents.
It is really sad to know that the lot was bought for $900,000 and after a couple of years it is sold for $27,500. It is a huge loss for the investors of Bella Collina.
