Dwight Schar and Paul Simonson must be aware of the problem, but they don’t appear to care, and Bella Collina is a ghost town with practically no sales.
It is really shocking to see that the builder is trying to sell the house since 2016 and it is not sold yet. There is definitely a problem going on with corrupt management.
