Can’t be more desperate than this.
The investor will definitely not come to Bella Collina because the houses are losing their value day by day. It is a risky investment due to management failure. There is no hope under Dwight Schar management. Things will get worse.
Why will someone deal in Bella Collina when there is no one to look after it. It is a terrible place for investment.
