This Quit Claim Deed made this 28 day of April, 2014 between Alfresco Acquisiations, LLC , a Florida limited liability company, whose post office address is 13900 Country Road 455, Suite 107, Clermont, Florida 34711, grantor, and DCS Capital Investments, LLC, a Florida limited Liability Company whose address is 505 S. Flagler Drive, Suite 900, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401, grantee:
