Bella Collina real estate and homes are JINXED with BAD LUCK
Don Juravin, resident of Bella Collina
Homebuyers may be concerned with the Bella Collina Club trap of $40,000 to $80,000 and annual forever costs of $5,000 to $10,000. The Club is practically a wedding venue, complaining residents.
We found home prices in Bella Collina falling as low as $192 sf over the last 10 years. Bella Collina is a ghost town already 18 years with only about 7 to 9 percent real family year round occupancy. There were little sales despite the desperate affords of Randall Greene. Paul Simonson and the owner, Dwight Schar.

Ok, I have one question, do these people bother at all that they have an empty community? I’ve actually been to this place on a cousin’s wedding. It was nice really. But except that club where the wedding was, there was nothing around…no one! It was dark and empty, like in some horror movie.
If they bothered, this community would have been the best one in the states. Look at this https://youtu.be/TXPzBlfbWwc!!! Does this looks like someone is bothering?
It is really sad to know that the houses are not selling for years. Homeowners have lost millions of dollars in their investments. It is such a terrible situation for the residents of Bella Collina.
There are houses that are not selling for years and the prices of homes are going down. It has been 18 years but still, there is very little real family occupancy.
It is so shocking to know that the home is not selling already for more than 800 days. The properties in Bella Collina are so undervalued and there are no potential buyers.
Whether you believe in jinxes or bad luck, it’s a fact of life that Bella Collina, after 17 years of tremendous sales efforts, is still a ghost town with an estimated less than ten per cent real family occupancy who live there by choice year-round. Out of about 900 lots an estimated 800 lots are still empty occupied with weed, broken or dead trees, turkeys and snakes. These wild animals often find themselves on the lawn and near the houses of the few residents. It is definitely a scam.
