- Jan 2018 asking price: $1,939,000
- March 2019: $399,000
- Duration: 430 (my calculation) to 611 days (Zillow reporting – that’s almost 2 years and NO SALE)
- Price drop: $1.5 million
- + Additional loses of: $35,000 to per year for high club dues, HOA, tax and value of money
FACTS: in 2018 homes only 6 homes sold (Zillow) and for an average of $186 sf after 44 months wait. Consider that lots and homeowners pay $8,000 dues and an additional property tax + 5% value of money + 6% cost to sell the property.

Holy cow! $1.5 mil drop????? Is this real?
It is really shocking to know that there is a price drop of 80 % that is massive. Even more shocking thing is that even with such a huge drop in prices still there are no buyers. It clearly means that the management is not handling it properly.
The experience of the residents of Bella Collina has been really worse. I have read an article that shows a clear picture of Bella Collina. The link is given below:

Bella Collina appears to be deserted. There are barely 70 homes in a neighborhood with 900 properties. Dwight Schar appears to be preoccupied with his own firm, which explains why it is only able to reach 10% capacity.
