Plaintiffs, Jordan Rupert and Myra Rupert (“Plaintiffs”), sue Defendants· Alfresco Acquisitions, LLC (“Alfresco”), Bella Collina Property Owners Association, Inc. (“Bella Collina POA”), Randall F. Greene (“Randall Greene”), Christina M. Greene (“Christina Greene”), and DCS Capital Investments, LLC (“DCS”) (collectively “Defendants”), and allege:

Bella Collina investigated after residents complain on intimidation by Dwight Schar’s Randall Greene, the maintenance guy who was also placed in charge of the HOA.
Seems like another Bella Collina venture that will be accused of SCAM and FRAUD and join the 500 to 700 lawsuits that Richard Arrighi, Dwight Schar, Paul Simonson, and the maintenance guy Randall Greene were involved in.
The Conspirators have contractual duties and duties related to covenants contained in the governing documents and the covenant of good faith and fair dealing implicit in every contractual relationship to lot owners and POA members as manifested in Florida Statutes, 720.303(1 ), which duties include the obligation to act in the lot owners’ and members’ best interest, to tell them the truth about all material matters, to disclose any material fact, and to obey all lawful obligations.
On June 4, 2004, the Sutherins purchased lot 277 of Bella Collina and constructed a home for $2,100,000 in which they resided with their family until 2015, at which time they felt compelled to leave the community and rent their home due the harassment of the Conspirators.
H. Plaintiffs were relying on, and placed. trust .and repose in, Defendant, William Boylan, in his individual capacity and in his capacity as Manager and Owner of Alfresco
Pursuant to Rule 1.570(d), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, this judgment has the effect of a duly executed conveyance and transfer that is recorded in the County where this judgment is recorded.
The Court reserves jurisdiction of this entire matter, to enter any further orders that may be equitable, appropriate and just.
This cause having come to be heard before the Court on June 10, 2014 on Plaintiffs Motion for Sμmrnary Final Judgment with incorporated Memorandurn of Law and .the Court having considered the same together with the pleadings, docmnents, affidavits filed herein and the Court being fully and properly advised in the premises, the Court hereby finds:
