They’ve lost millions of dollars on Bella Collina! What a pity. Can you imagine what those folks are going through right now? Someone’s life savings were there, but they were compelled to leave the neighborhood. Eh, true luxury.
If you look backwards a bit, you’ll see that this community was a good place to live. I’m talking about 7-8 years ago. When this new owner, Dwight Schar bought the place, the community transformed in the least desired place to live in Florida…now connect the dots 😉
Yes, definitely Bella Collina is a scam. It has been 17 years and still, there is no progress. The residents have lost millions of dollars in it.
